Classical, Contemporary and Modern Mat Pilates
One, the other or a mix of the three: that’s up to you. Classical focusing on the original founding principles of Joseph Pilates’ practice, Contemporary encompassing newer fitness and wellness practices and techniques and lastly Modern including a variety of accessories and props, again from multiples recognized practices. Whether you decide to focus and build on a specific method or to blend all three and create a program better tailored to your goals, you can trust that we’ll get you the results you’ve been waiting for.
Yin Yoga
A quiet, soothing and contemplative practice. The focus is put on stretching the connective tissues, with a slightly increased amount of hold time in each posture, to improve circulation, enhance the range of motion of joints and ligaments as well as reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and sleep deprivation.
Vinyasa Yoga
Essentially, it is the style of flow. With a more heat-building fitness theme in mind, the goal is to harmoniously connect the poses and the breath to one another to create a sense of balance in the body and the mind.
Restorative Yoga
The yoga of ultimate relaxation. It is practiced with different props, focusing on the release of mind-body tension and bringing the nervous system into a state of healing. Ideal for beginners; it releases tension, deeply improves breathing and digestion as well as eliminates muscle and joint pains.
Youth Yoga
An essential tool for well-being at home. Improve child’s or teen’s emotional regulation, concentration and body awareness with simple, effective and trusted exercises ranging from movement to breathing. A fundamental step in their self-development journey.
(Ages 18mo - 15 years)
Mindfulness/Meditation
The practice of the senses. A quiet, guided meditation focused on offering a deeper perception of one’s with inner self in sensorial exercises centered on the present moment. A profound introspection to further increase concentration and body awareness while effectively reducing symptoms of stress and ultimately regulating emotional regulation.
Breathwork/Pranayama
The practice of healing. The goal is to intentionally change the way you breathe for a short period to directly affect your autonomic nervous system. Breathwork, or by its Sanskrit name Pranayama, is proved to deepen relaxation, increase emotional responses while decrease fatigue and stress symptoms as well as improve alertness, focus and memory.
